sammy2015: I am reading I’d Tell You I Love You But Then I’d Have To Kill You by Ally Carter. I read 30 pages tonight. In tonight’s reading, Cammie and Josh are sort of together. They act like normal teens and friends ask how it’s going. Cammie and Josh seem to be taking their relationship really slow because Cammie has to make sure her feelings for Josh to make her tell him about her spy secret. The book just started with stating facts. It stated the background. It just taked about her school and what was happening. The setting is in the school, the main character is Cammie, the mood is calm. I think Cammie will eventually tell Josh her secret and he will continue to be her boyfriend.
My user name is jasonb2015. I am currently reading “Go Ask Alice” by an anonymous author. Tonight, I read 23 pages. In tonight’s reading, Alice misses her family and both her and Chris decide to go back home and her family decides to pick her up at the airport. As adults, Alice’s family receives them well and makes them feel welcomed. back at school,. everyone seems to pressure Alice into getting back to drugs and Lane physically threatens Alice to twisting her arm is she doesn’t give him drugs, but Alice doesn’t listen to him. Chris invites Alice to her house where she has marijuana and the police comes in that scene, but they lie to the police officers that this is their first time doing drugs when they’ve done it before, but that doesn’t work and Alice is sent to a psychiatrist.
The narrator is obviously Alice and the main characters are Chris, Lane, and her parents. They are very strong characters and both Lane and Alice are very addicted to drugs while Alice’s parents try to protect them.The book doesn’t really mention the setting, but it seems to take place in the city around the 1960s. The mood of the book seems lonesome and troublesome with the drug addiction that Alice is going through. In my book, I predict that Alice and Chris will get into more serious trouble and receive worse consequences because of their drug addiction. Once they get in into drug addiction, it will be hard for them to get get out because they have already done it so many times. This problem will lead into more serious problems in the future and maybe result in death.
markos2015- i read 20 pages on Dope Sick by Walter Dean Mayers. i have read that a kid named lil J has been ratted out becuase he was selling drugs. he was shot by a cop and he ran to saftey.he luckily got away becuase 2 hookers were on the cop. i liked the exposition becuase it started as a foreshadow. LIL J was hurt and he gets cought in the middle of the story. they put the middle part at the beginning.the mood is painfull and clever. the main characters are lil j, skeeter, and rico. (i did all this from my PS3 IMABEAST)
markos2015-Today I read 20 pg of Dope Sick by Walter Dean Myers. I read that a kid was just shot by a police and he is running from the police. Luckily the cop was on 2 hookers so he got away. The exposition is great becuase it starts as a foreshadow “MY ARM WAS HURTING BAD. Real bad. The bone could have been broken.” He foreshadowed it to start from end to begining to end. What I think will happen is that he will get cuaght again and he goes to jail. (I wrote all this on my PS3) IM BEAST
Ola2015- Today I read 72 pages of “The Secret Garden”, by Frances Hodgson Burnett. Mary Lennox, the main character, is basically a spoiled brat who came to her distant relative. She came to her relative because her mother and father died because of an outbreak of a serious disease that was killing people every day. Now she is trying to cope without people at her side giving her things; like she has to do things like dress herself. (Wow) Anne Lennox is a mean, rude girl who hopefully will learn to conduct herself. I think that she find what the boy is doing here and what the wall is for. I also think she will learn to really appreciate what is around her. 🙂
Angeline2015: The Misfits by: James Howe. Tonight, I read the last 20 pages. This evening I read hoe the book ended. They always ended up having the conversation they always have about the topic that is chosen. In every conversation, a new people is added and something new is spoken. Most characters are better or smarter than others but this is used to explain the differences. This book takes place in a school. The mood of the story is a lot of drama goes on in this book. Their is more than one narrator, but the main ones are Addie, Joe, Bobby and Skeezie. Addie is the most serious and mature one. While Skeezie is careless. Since I finish the book, I already know what would happen but if this book were to keep going, I think the book would be fun. More and more people would be added every time and more drama would happen.
Keema T. I am reading “SOLD” . I read a total of 24 pages. I read tonight Laskhmi is ready to retutn to her home land but is afriad that she might get caught. She wants to return home to her family, and to ask her stepfather why he did this to her.In the expostion it described the way Lakshmi’s family lived. It described how her famil was poor , and their religion. I think that the mood is very salmen, and at the same time bring strong , but amostinly too.Thew narrotar is Lakshmi.The main characters are Lakshmi ,Mom , Dad ,Lakshmi so called PIMP, and her auntie.
I predict that Lakshmi , will run away and wil get cought. Ithink this b/c im most story people who are held agaisnt there will, who try to run away most likly will not reach there destanation. That’s what i think will happen to Lashmi
Kdozier2015.streams to the river to the sea. In tonight’s read I have just found out Sacagawea is pregnant. So she’s is making stuff for her baby and Toussaint Charbonneau wants to name it jean baptize. Sacagawea likes Clark. The expositions of my book starts in the corn field were she and running deer were kidnapped by a bunch of minnetares. The mood is sad because she’s been kidnapped and she found out they had killed her mom. My narrator is Sacagawea. Sacagawea blue sky Toussaint Charbonneau black moccasin. There native Americans who some have been kidnapped and taken by the minnetares or the leader of the minnetares. Sacagawea is going to run away with Clark on there expedition. I think this because its an important part of history.
my name is ashley and i am reading a book called the bed time stories . tonight i read the first 15 pages to my little sister .My summary of my book is about a girl named Cinderella but this is not the ordinary version,because she has a step mother and all and she goes to the ball , but when she comes back she doesn’t make it in time so she has to work work work work all the time that she had snuck to the ball off. This story is a fairy tale it takes place in the magical world , and i think that the mood of the story is bringing on a little twist to the normal Cinderella.The main character is Cinderella, the stepmother, the two sisters. these characters are all very mean except for Cinderella who seems to be the only loving and caring person in the book for others. This book is full of short stories, but in this story what i thought was changed !
Justin2015. I am raeding Sammy by Matt Birkbeck. I read 21 pages of the book. I read that Sammy Davis Jr.( sammy) had a visibly red mark on his neck and it was bloated from the hideouts. I think his neck was red because he got hit for being there or he got an alrgic reaction. I also read that some people were playing a game and Jilly Rizzo had got $25,000 and more in one shot. Sonny got whipped by a person name Judge because he did something and every time he screamed he hit him harder. This takes place at Samy’s house and the mood is low selfesstem because Sonny got beat and at the biginning Sammy said he came here to die. I think Sammy doesn’t really care about his life because he says he only came here to die. The narrorator is Sammy and the main characters are Sammy, Sonny, Sammy( his dad), and his uncle. I think Sammy is going to meet someone that changes his life and make realize that life is important and not to always put yourself down when something goes wrong in your life.
I’m reading Lord of the Clans by Christie Golden. finished about 100 pages in around 35 minutes. Exposition had to do with Blackmoore finding Thrall in the forest alone (Thrall is an orc Blackmoore is a Human, Humans and Orcs have wars constantly). BLackmoore thought of an idea, he took Thrall with him and made him a slave frmo when he was an infant. From then Thrall ahs been his pet and has been trained to fight in the Arena. Thrall is the best fighter he has until he escaped. Blackmoore went into a frezny trying to find him but gave up.
Hi I am reading the Book True Believer. I read 40 pages in about 35 minutes ( its a book written in a poem format). LaVaghnis just talking about her increasingly strained relationship with Mertyle and Annie. Jody, a childhood friend, came baxk into her life. she also writes about when her father died and what little she remembers.
This all takes place in a certain urban area where crime is one the rise and murders happen often. The mood changes throughout the story, but is mainly a negative tone since so much disaster is upon the narrator. I predict that LaVaghn will kiss Jody because she seems obsessed with him in a very creepy way. She likes him, but she just cant convey that in a normal way.
gianni2015.Dope Sick.Walter Dean Myers. Tonight I read 25 pages. What I read aboutu today was that the main character Lil J had been caught in ana undercover drug bust but when he got away from the cop with a bullet in his left arm he found some guy named Kelly who kept asking him ”If you could take anything back what would it be” When Lil J told him he wanted to get on the roof Kelly fast fowarded a street tape that showed him on the roof holding his NINE up to his head. The exposition starts off with the night that Lil J had shot a cop because he was about to get caught in the drug bust. The mood of my story is suspenseful and is filled with action. Lil J is a kid trying to help his mom get her life back on track by giving her some extra money so she could go live in Nc he seems like a kid who would help his family in the toughest times. What I predict is going to happen in my book next is that lil J is going to try and talk his friennd Roofus from selling the Dope and Crack before anything goes wrong.

Arsh2015: Today I decided to blog about Streams to the River, River to the Sea by Scott O’Dell. I have read 15 pages in the book, which is what I had to read. Tonight I read about Sacagawea marrying The French Man. She doesn’t like him, but soon learns that she is going to have a baby. This is surprising because she is only 13. In chapter 12 Lewis and Clark arrive where Sacagawea is, and she likes Clark. I wonder what troubles this will cause with Charbonneau. This novel that’s place in the village called Metaharta, home to the Minnretaree tribe. The setting was really tense at first, but now it is calmer because Sacagawea feels more at home. The narrator is Sacagawea, and she is the main character. I think that what is going to happen next is that Sacagawea is going to try to run away with Clark, but Charbonneau will not allow her away from him.
I am reading Titan’s Curse by Rick Riordan. I read 48 pages tonight. Grover is wondering if Pan’s power is that of which the manticore was talking about. Zoe plans on saving Artemis which I still don’t understand because she is a goddess. By the way she also plans on taking 4 others with her. The main characters are Percy, Thalia, Grover, and Annabeth. The story takes place in New York, and near the mountains. The mood is fun, sad, and has a lot of action. The narrator is Percy. The characters are all like and technically are a big family they love each other and they will do anything to help their companions. I think that Annabeth will come back because I read the last book and she was in it.

lourdes2015: I am currently reading The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold. I read 26 pages. So far I read about how Susie continues to watch her family from heaven. she follows Lindsey, who is graduating from college. Susie saw it when Samuel proposed to Lindsy and they went rushing to tell the rest of her family living blocks away. This is where Buckely saw Susie. Susie knew he had seen her. Later, Buckely found Susie’s old clothes not knowing it was. He used it to hold up his tomato garden. When their father found out, he got upset and took it away. Just as Buckely begin to confront him, he had a heart attack. Everyone went to the hospital including their mother, who took a flight just to get there. The exposition was when Susie was still alive. It was on December 6, 1973, in Norristown, Pennsylvania. It began with how she was killed and introduced all of the other characters by how they knew Susie. From what I already read, I predict that their mother will come back seeing how much she misses them and how she hasn’t been there for Buckley.
suni2015- Tonight I read the book The Hunger Game by: Suzanne Collins. In tonight’s reading I read to about 20 pages. In tonight’s reading Katniss is planning on taking the careers food in order for them to starve. When she was about to take the food fox girl came and did moves in order to get the food.Katniss soon realize that the careers had mines like booby traps, that’s why they took the boy from district 3 to join. She tries to throw arrows at one of the apples to see what happens, when the apple falls , a big explosion came after the other, Katniss was blown in the air but manage to escape.The exposition in the book is in the forest, where there is a lot of wild trees and animals.It takes place during the arena , where they fight, till the death. The mood is intense , because everybody is trying to kill each other, and they’re doing tricks on each other. The narrator is Katniss because she’s the one talking in the entire book.The main characters are Katniss, and Peeta.Katniss is very determined, and Petta is very convincing.What i think that might happen in the book is that Katniss is going to kill the career and then Petta and her are gonna be the last two players. Because since she’s the main character everybody else has to die.

Today I read Streams to the River, River to The Sea. Tonight i read that The French man is now officially married to Sacagewea. She doesn’t want to be with him but she has no other choice and if she tries to run away , the frenchman can kill her if he wants. This book is starting to get interesting. Also today in my reading, Sacagewea finally met Lewis and Clark, and she really likes Clark. Tomorrow i will find out her destiny with them . :)This book takes place in a village called Metaharta, I don’t exactly know which state this was in. I don’t know the year either. The narrator of this book is Sacagewea, her name means Bird Girl. She is a very polite, smart, young girl, many people respect her for who she is. I think that later on in the book Sacagewea will go back home to her Shoshone tribe and live a normal happy life once again. Ill have to wait and see what happens 🙂

In my reading I read about Cindy doesn’t want to go to school because she feels that its a big waste of time, and that she’s not going to cpllege. Also Raffie, her mother’s boyfriend, calls her ugly mugly and brings her selfestem down alot. So when she was home a lady named Mrs. Rosemarly came to her and gave her some peices of wisom. She told her that she is a beutiful girl and don’t let any one tell her other wise. In the exposition you meet the charcaters of the mother, Cindy, and Raffie. So far the story takes place at home. The mood now feels depressing and happy. It’s depressing because she thinks that she can’t go any where and change her life. Her mother doesn’t seem to care whether or not she goes to school. Even though her mother told her that Cindy could change her life, because she doesn’t want to be a waitress like her mother. But the bmood is also happy because, since Mrs. Rosemarly told her that she have pretty eyes she gained some confidence back, even if it’s very little. The main charcater now is Cindy. She doesn’t seem like the kind of person you’d want to be around 24/7. Also because she tried to bring her friend Jessie down with her. Jessie had came to her house to come and get her, so they could walk to school together. But Cindy had told her that she wasn’t going to school and for Jessie to cut with her. But as it seems Jessie had planned to go to college, and told her that she wasn’t going to cut so she could go to college. I predict that Cindy will drop out of high school even though she is just a freshman at Bluford High.
Tonight I read 25 pages of Hunger Games. Right now what’s happening in my book is that this boy from District 2 is talking trash to Katniss and Peeta. Katniss calls the kid from District 2 Loverboy. Right n ow Katniss is in the Games fighting Loverboy. Katniss and Peeta are working together to kill a guy. In the beginning Suzanne makes the begining confusing but as you read on it gets smooth and you understanding the book. The exposition is kinda of boring. It takes place in District 12. The narrartor is Katniss. And the character is Katniss. I think Katniss is going to win.

Hello is Argenis. Today I started to read the book The Diary of a part time Indian The book is halarius so far. tonight I read 21 pages. today I read that Junior was born with alot of grease in his brain. I also read that his friend Rowdy is a boy you wouldnt want to mess with. I also read that Junior walked into the badest triplets in town.( he is about to get beat up.) this is taking places in lots of places. In his school and rightnow him and Rowdy went to the powow and Rowdy got mad and decided to vandilize a mini van. What I think might happen next is that Rowdey is going to see Junior getting beat up and bad things are going to happen to the baddest triplets, atleast that is what they are called, lets see how tough they are when they face Rowdy.:)
Hey guys I just started The Absolute Diary of a Part Time Indian by Sherman Alexie. I read 23 pages today. Today I read about the protagonist Junior and how he has sever problems. He was born with a lot a fluid in his brain which made him a little crazy. his only best friend at his house is his dog. His dog had gotten sick and the father decidedto kill the dog.
The setting is in mississippi. Junior is the narrator of this sad novel. The main characters are Rowdy and the Andruss Brothers. Rowdy is Junior’s best friend and the Andruss Brothers are the ones who pick on Junior.
What I think is going to happen in my book is that Junior is eventualy find some friends at his school.

I JUST STARTED READING THE NOVEL.TONIGHT THE CHARACTER INTRODUCES HIMSELF AS JUNIOR HE HAS SPECIAL ISSUES , BECAUSE WHEN HE WAS BORN HE HAD TO MUCH BRAIN GREASE IN HIS HEAD .SO HE HAD TO GET SURGERY IN HIS BRAIN TO REMOVE SOME OF THE GREASE HE ALSO HAD HIS BEST FRIEND OSCAR A DOG KILLED BY HIS OWN FATHER BECAUSE HE WAS SUFFERING THEY LIVE IN A INDIAN RESERVATION.THE MOOD OF THE STORY IS KIND OF SAD.THE MAIN CHARACTERS ARE JUNIOR AND ROWDY . I THINK THAT JUNIOR WILL GROW UP TO BE SOME ONE BIG UNLIKE HIS PARENTS.
